Hello!
Our classes rotate through five main topics: shooting, dribbling, layups, defense/passing, and team coordination. Each session focuses on fundamental movements relevant to the topic and includes basic training, advanced skill variations, situational drills, and concludes with group scrimmages.
The purpose of weekly changing themes is not only to spark children's interest by exposing them to various skills, but also to encourage independent practice outside of class for continuous improvement. There won't be any progression issues due to changing themes; students joining mid-semester or taking time off can seamlessly return, as our coaches and course coordinators will adjust the difficulty of exercises based on each student's individual needs.
Classes are divided by age and skill level, with each class accommodating a maximum of 30-35 students (depending on venue configuration). We assign one coach for every 8-12 students, and adjustments will be made based on the class dynamics. Coaches and coordinators consistently monitor students' progress, providing personalized feedback and support throughout the sessions. Parents are welcome to observe the training at any time, creating a secure and supportive environment for your child to learn. 🙌🏻
Our team highly recommends starting with a single trial lesson to experience the class first-hand!
If you're satisfied and would like to continue, you can upgrade to a package of your choice, and the cost of your trial lesson will be deducted from the total price!
Alternatively, you're welcome to visit and observe any of our scheduled classes!
